Welcome to the jilibo terms and conditions. This document forms the legal agreement governing the use of the jilibo platform and all its services. By visiting the jilibo website, creating an account, or playing any game on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

jilibo offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are provided under the following general terms and conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳8,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳13,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• jilibo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of misuse or fraud, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the details of each offer.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

• Bronze level: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver level: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold level: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum level: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
• VIP level advancement depends on regular activity on the platform.

All games on the jilibo platform are operated following fair play principles. The following rules apply to gaming activities:

• All games and their outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
• Any attempt to alter or manipulate the outcome of any game is strictly prohibited.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical issue, jilibo reserves the right to finalize the result of that game according to system records.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, that game will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• The game provider's own terms and conditions may also apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilibo platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or by providing false information.
• Bonus abuse — for example, placing bets close to the limit immediately after receiving a bonus in order to withdraw.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing other users or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
• Conducting fraudulent or deceptive transactions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.

jilibo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Evidence of fraud or misuse.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Valid funds (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account will be returned after the relevant terms have been verified. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our live chat support.

jilibo strives to operate the platform with the highest level of reliability. However, jilibo's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical problems.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Account loss due to the user's own negligence or security breach.
• Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (such as natural disasters or government orders).

Under no circumstances will jilibo's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

• In disputes regarding game outcomes, system logs will be considered the final evidence.
